Where: Nichols Hills Plaza (NW 63rd & Western)
Marathoners: 8 miles
Half Marathoners: 6 miles

Course: Click here for map - Nichols Hills Plaza to Grand Blvd., Wilshire detour, then take Grand Blvd. cross Lake Hefner Parkway and back for 8 miles.
Water Stop Sponsor: Club Members

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided.

Green Wristbands!!!!!

As has become a tradition in our training group we will be distributing green wristbands at the training run for everyone to wear on race day.  The wristbands help us identify each others on the course so we can encourage the other members of the training group.  The wristbands will also be available at the club meeting in April and at the marathon expo.
