The $10 million facility is the home of OCU Rowing and Canoe/Kayak and headquarters for the OKC National High Performance Center. The OKC National High Performance Center provides training opportunities for Olympic hopefuls in both rowing and canoe/kayak. Guest Speakers:\n Don Garrett -- Rules of the Course -- will explain how the course is measured\, what happens when a runner gets off course and how you can get DQ'd.\n Mark Bravo -- Transition From Distance Running to Short Course Racing.   Katie Kramer --"Summer Runs Not to Miss" \, some of the upcoming summer runs\, those with interesting venues\, fun names\, great finisher prized... or in other words if your entry fee money is in short supply\, which 5k races would you do not want to miss.
