The Race Series is a friendly competition of selected races primarily in the Oklahoma City metro area, where members compete and volunteer in the races in a calendar year earning points and standing among their peers within their age groups.

Please read the Series Race Rules

To contend in the Race Series, you must be a member of the Oklahoma City Running Club and sign up for the 2013 Race Series.

for each individual event.

4th Annual Duncan Founder's Day 5k is being hosted by Bethel Church and it is benefiting the Oklahoma Chapter of the National MS Society. Register here!

5K $20(includes shirt), after June 7th $25.

This 5 km course - Fuqua Park located just east of Hwy 81 between Beech and Oak Avenues. Registration will be at Rock Island 905 Locomotive Railroad Museum located within the park (south end).

The OKC Landrunners have won the 2012 ADOPT-A-PARK award for Ward 1 and for the ENTIRE METRO AREA for doing an excellent job of keeping Lake Hefner/Bluff Creek trails clean of litter for all citizens to enjoy. This award is sponsored by OKC Beautiful and OKC Parks Department.

Note: OKC Landrunners are the original adopters of all trails at Lake Hefner (dates back to before the trails were completed around the lake). Also note: A new Landrunner sign for adopting the trails is up as you enter the trails from the Grand Ave bridge over LH Parkway.

Dr. Tom will be hosting our Potluck dinner this year. Master Griller, Vaden Dean, will grill up hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, and Jen Henry will bring her Famous Smoked Chicken. The Landrunners will be providing soft drinks, tea, and water. Bring the whole family. This is a child friendly event!

The Pool is OPEN, so bring your swimsuit if you want to cool off in the pool!

Oklahoma City’s premier fall event, the Oklahoma Regatta Festival will take place Oct. 2-6 at the Boathouse District. The five-day celebration of rowing, kayaking, dragon boating, stand up paddle boarding and family fun. The 5K race is just a part of the celebration of sport that is encompassing Oklahoma City. Held at Bluff Creek in Oklahoma City, OK.

Whether you want to pound the pavement or do it in the dirt, this event is for you. Athletes will have their choice of a 24, 12 or 6-hour race on either a relatively flat asphalt trail or on a slightly technical trail equipped with dirt, rocks, roots, tree branches and depending on the weather, maybe a little mud. Both trails will be measured and that distance will be multiplied by the total number of laps a runner completes to give total mileage. Exact mileage will be posted at a later date, but it will be real near one mile.

We will also offer a competitive Live United 1-hour run on the asphalt and a 1-hour fun run on the off-road trail.
