It's that time... Fall Training!
Week 1 of Fall Training - 3 / 6 Miles
Where: Nichols Hills Plaza (NW 63rd & Western) Course: Click here for Map - Nichols Hills Plaza to Grand Blvd., then take Grand Blvd. to Lake Hefner Parkway Bridge and back for 6 miles.
Half Marathoners will turn about 1 block past Penn and back for 3 miles. Water Stop Sponsor: Club Members (water will be provided about every three miles)

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend but we sure hope you consider joining - only $20 per year!
