Week 9 - Fall Training - 9 / 18 Miles
Where: Nichols Hills Plaza, NW 64 & Western
Half Marathoners: 9 mile course map - same route as the 18 mile course but will turn around at water stop # 2. (do not do the Stars & Stripes loop on the way back.
Marathoners: 18 mile course map (do a loop through Stars & Stripes Park, loop before golf course, turn around at Britton & MacArthur, loop after the golf course, then return straight back to the start (no more loops to repeat).
Attention: Do not run on the dam or do the Stats & Stripes loop on the return trip - these areas will be closed for the Redman Triathlon.

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided about every 3 miles.
