Week 15 - OCMM Spring Training - 7 / 14 Miles 
      
Where: NW 50th St & N Stinchcomb Ave (parking lot just south of the SNU Football Stadium)

Course: Course will be 7 miles south and back on the east Overholser and West River Trail.  Half marathoners will run south 3.5 miles and back. Click Here Course Map

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided about every 3 miles.
