Week 13 of Fall Training - 7 / 14 Miles  
Cup free this fall so bring your hydrapouch, cup or bottle.
 
Where: Remington Park, 1 Remington Place, Gate 3 (north parking lot)

Half Marathoners: Run out past the golf course 3.5 miles and back.


Water Stop:
Water & Gatorade will be provided about every three miles but no cups.  Volunteers needed for water stops and pace groups

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners.  You do not need to be a member to attend but we sure hope you consider joining - only $20 per year!
