Let’s kick off OKC Memorial Marathon training with the Landrunners! Whether you’re a first‑timer, a seasoned marathoner, or someone who just wants free coffee, you’re welcome. Bring friends, bring energy, bring your favorite running socks.

Our committee will be around before and after the run to answer questions, calm nerves, and drink coffee with you. Bring a treat if you’re feeling generous.
Course
- 3 Miles: A scenic loop featuring the Memorial, Scissortail, and the Skydance Bridge — perfect for warming up your legs and your excuses.
- 6 Miles: Same as above, plus a bonus trip north on Robinson to NW 23rd because you’re an overachiever and training for the marathon.

⏱ Wave Start
Line up by pace. We’ll call groups so we don’t all stampede at once.
Water Stop
Water only at Start/Finish. Hydrate like a champion.
Running Etiquette
Be kind. Share the road. Don’t block the road or trail like a human traffic cone. Obey signs and use crosswalks. Review the etiquette sheet before we start.
