Save time on race day by printing and completing the Race App Form ahead of time and bringing it with you.

Courses: 30K, 15K & 5K races will take place on the Lake Hefner Trails. The 30K course will be the 15K twice. All Courses are out and back

Aid Stations
The 15 km & 30 km Run will have aid stations approximately every 2.2 miles with fluids and various fuels.
Port-a-potties
There will be facilities near the start/finish area and by the aid stations and/or along the course.
