Week 4 - OCMM Spring Training - 6 / 12 miles
Where: Downtown Boathouse District 725 S Lincoln BlvdHalf Marathoners: 6 miles Marathoners: 12 miles Course: We will run the South River Trails. Those doing 6 miles will turn at the 1st water stop just before Exchange Ave Bridge, 12 milers will turn around on the west side of the Portland Ave Bridge - click here for course map. As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided about every 3 miles.
