Guest Speakers - Kent Frates Running Club member Kent Frates will be discussing Oklahoma Trails. He has been featured on "Is This a Great State, or What?", "Oklahoma Live!" and "The Verdict" with Mayor Mick Cornett. Kent is the author of Oklahoma Hiking Trails. (He will have some books available for purchase.) He was also the editor and publisher of Sports Source magazine, an Oklahoma statewide publication covering individual sports. (It was where statewide running results were listed.) An avid runner, hiker, and mountaineer, he has run, hiked and climbed throughout the American West.
