Week 10 - Fall Training - 10 / 20 Miles

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided about every 3 miles.

Course:  Those training for the marathon will be running 20 miles and those doing the half marathon 10 miles. The course is a modified version of the OKC Memorial Marathon course.  It keeps us off Lincoln and parts of Classen. You need to review the course map and possibly print off to carry with you as it will be your responsibility to know the course.  We will start at 5th and Robinson.  We will run south and run to the Skydance Bridge, then circle back on Reno towards Bricktown......

Water stops
1 - 3.2 miles & finish - 5th & Broadway
2 - 6.1 miles & 17.2 miles - 36th & Walker
3 - 8.5 miles & 14.5 miles - Whole Foods (on Classen between Western & Grand)
4 - 11.8 miles - Greystone and Somerset
