Location: The Bike Lab OKC, 2200 W Hefner Rd, OKC, OK 73120
The lowdown from Bike Lab:
1. The preferred location for parking is requested to be anywhere but in front of the shop or in front of the patio area; these areas will be marked with the use of cones for convenience. There is a large lot south of their patio area.
The Bike Lab doors will be open around 6:00am, allowing access to the shop's two restrooms for public use.
Additionally, the register will be open for anyone requiring nutrition or hydration for the run, with a 15% discount offered on nutrition purchases that morning for the Landrunners.
3. Post run festivities: Bike Lab with collaboration from Stonecloud Brewing, a community partner, ensures the provision of Beer and the non-alcoholic option, Fuzzy Rabbit, free of charge for runners upon completion - stay for the after party and feel free to bring snacks.
Course: This week includes north sections of the OKC Memorial course. We will cut through the neighborhood and pick up the Memorial Marathon Course on Strafford Drive and Britton Road. Please study the map.

Cupless Water Stops about every 3 miles. Please bring your own cup, hydrapouch or bottle. If you need water more often carry a bottle.
Running Etiquette - Remember that we are sharing the road and the trails with others. We want them to be courteous to us, so we, in turn need to be courteous and respectful and not "hog" the road or the trails. Obey all traffic signs, use the cross walks and sidewalks when available. Before our first training run we ask that everyone refresh yourself on Running Etiquette summarized in this attachment. Running Etiquette
