Hi Shay,

I have a 205 as well.  I'm assuming that you're just wanting to download your runs?  The best website I found so far (and free!) is www.connect.garmin.com.  You just have to create an account when you get there and once done, it's really easy to download - no additional software needed that I remember.  Just plug your 205 in the provided craddle (without turning it on) and connect the USB cable to your computer.  You can then hit the "upload" button towards the top right of the page and the computer should automatically recognize your device.  It's a really cool website if you're a numbers junkie (like I am).
