I just moved in to the augustas apartment complex from PA.  I was checking to see if any other runners were close by.  I also wasn't sure if anyone got together at lake hefner for runs.  Any help would be great.

Milage now is low because of my new job, but before i came out it was around 40 miles or so a week.  depends on the day is my avg pace.  my 5k times are sub 20 and i did a half, 1.5 years ago around a 7:30 pace.  right now i'm just looking to keep my endurance level up and will do some core exercises for the winter.  i expect around feb to start getting into race shape.  then my workouts will be more specific (track work, hill repeats, fartleks, and so on).  hope your interested cause it would be nice to run with someone again.  how about yourself?

I also run at Hefner, usually do my long runs on Sunday morning.  Always looking for new running partners!
