Where: Lake Hefner - East Wharf 9215 Lake Hefner ParkwayCourse: Click Here for Course Map - Lap around the lake, including Stars and Stripes Loop. Half Marathoner turn around at the 1st water stop for just under 6 miles. Be sure to stay after the run for a pancake breakfast to celebrate your 16 weeks of training!!! As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided about every 3 miles.
