Week 4 of Fall Training - 6 / 12 Miles  
Cup free this fall so bring your hydrapouch, cup or bottle.
Where: St Luke's, NW 14th & Harvey

Run south on Harvey, around Myriad Garden across the Skydance bridge and head west on the north river trial.
Those running 6 miles will turn around at the 1st dam west over the bridge.  Those running 12 will turn just past the dam at May Ave and before they get to I-44.

Water Stop: Water & Gatorade will be provided about every three miles but no cups.  Volunteers needed for water stops and pace groups

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners.  You do not need to be a member to attend but we sure hope you consider joining - only $20 per year!
