Week 15 of Fall Training - 7 / 14 Miles Cup free this fall so bring your hydrapouch, cup or bottle. Where: Nichols Hills Plaza (NW 64th & Western) Course: Click here for Map - Nichols Hills Plaza to Avondale to Bedford to eastside road of Grand Blvd., then take Grand Blvd. to Lake Hefner and back. Half Marathoners will turn about 1 block past Portland and back Water Stop: Water & Gatorade will be provided about every three miles but no cups. Volunteers needed for water stops and pace groups

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend but we sure hope you consider joining - only $20 per year!
