Week 9 - Fall Training - 9 / 18 Miles New Start Time: 7:00am Where: Tinseltown, 6001 N. Martin Luther King, Boulevard, Oklahoma City, OK 73111
NOTE: Bathrooms @ McDonald's, Remington Park(0.6m), Lincoln Clubhouse(2.2m), James E Stewart Clubhouse (6.2m)
We will cross MLK at the pedestrian stop light crossing in front of McDonalds and through the Remington parking lot.
Half Marathon - 9 miles. Run south on the Katy trail and turnaround at NE 10th St Bridge (4.5 miles) and return to Tinseltown.
Marathon - 18 miles. Run the Katy trail to James E Stewart Clubhouse (6.2 miles), turnaround and run the trail back north to NW 36th (stop light by golf course - 10.2 miles), then turn around and run back south to water stop # 2 @ 4th street (12.8 miles) and turnaround run back north to Tinseltown.
