Courses: 25K, 15K & 5K races will take place on the Lake Hefner Trails. The 15K will follow the 25K course and will turn around at the 7.5K mark.  All Courses are out and back.

All races will be chip timed and results will be posted online.

Male & Female age group awards will go three deep:

5k, 15K & 25K will be Panera Gift cards

10 & under, 11-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over.

Packet Pickup 
Packet pickup will be Friday, March 6, 2020 2-7pm at Panera Bread (6800 N Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73116). Packets may also be picked up at the race site Saturday morning from 7-8:00am

Special Accommodations
If you have a disability for which you need to request an accommodation please refer to the policies and guidelines at  www.usatf.org and follow all applicable requirements to obtain consideration. It generally takes six weeks from the receipt of all relevant documentation to evaluate such requests.

Aid Stations
The 15 km & 25 km Run will have aid stations approximately every 2.2 miles with fluids and various fuels.

Port-a-potties
There will be ample facilities near the start/finish area and by the aid stations or along the course. (4K, 7.5K, 11K)
