Week 6 - Fall Training - 7 / 14 Miles

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided about every 3 miles.

Course map – We will run up Grand to Lake Hefner around the flag pole at Stars & Stripes to about 1/2 miles west of the golf course clubhouse (7 miles) and then back along the same route.
