Start - West side of Scissortail Park by Social Capital, 517 S Hudson Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73109
The Course will be a 7 mile loop north checking out the tulips in the Myriad Garden along the way and finishing on the last 2.25 miles of the Memorial course crossing the finish line on OKC Blvd. Those running 14 miles will continue south through Scissortail park onto the river trail picking up the Greenway trail at the boathouses to I-35 (10.8m) & back

Wave Start - We anticipate utilizing a wave start to spread out the group so please line up according to your expected pace and wait until your pace is called to begin running.
Water Stops - Approximately every 3 miles, bathrooms at the Memorial open at 6:45am.

Running Etiquette - Remember that we are sharing the road and the trails with others. We want them to be courteous to us, so we, in turn need to be courteous and respectful and not "hog" the road or the trails. Obey all traffic signs, use the cross walks and sidewalks when available. As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend but we can always use the support, membership is only $20 per year.
