Club Meeting - Training for the OKC Memorial Marathon
A panel discussion on marathon training or training in general from the standpoint of dedicated avid amateurs will lead off this series in our 1st meeting of the year. Panelists are all veterans of marathon training with a combined total of several hundred marathons under their belts. They are Mary and Chuck Mikkelson, Maurice Lee, Bill Goodier, Jimmy Le, Benjamin Pierce, and of course Dr. Tom Coniglione to touch on injury pitfalls and preventions
Location: Bar K, 901 SE 5th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73129 **Food and drinks available for purchase - no dogs allowed in the meeting or eating area but you can check them into the dog park for fee.
The meeting is FREE and open to the public. All are encouraged to attend - you do not have to be a member to join us.
