Course

  • 8 Miles: South on Shartel to Sheridan, East on Sheridan to Robinson, North on Robinson to 23rd and pick up the Memorial course to 36th & Walker, Continue North on Walker to NW 44th and then west to the Church
  • 16 Miles: 2 loops

Wave Start

Line up by pace. We’ll call groups so we don’t all stampede at once.

Cupless Water/Powerade Stops

  • Start/Finish, NW 8th & Shartel, NW 20th & Robinson.
  • Hydrate like a champion.
  • Don't forget to bring a cup, bottle or hydrapouch

Running Etiquette

Be kind. Share the road. Don’t block the road or trail like a human traffic cone. Obey signs and use crosswalks. Review the etiquette sheet before we start.
