15K @ 7:30am
30K @ 7:30am
5K @ 7:45am 

Courses: 30K, 15K & 5K races will take place on the Lake Hefner Trails. The 30K course will be the 15K twice.  All Courses are out and back 

Chip Timing
All races will be chip timed and results will be posted online.

Race Swag: 1st 300 registered 

Packet Pickup

• Friday 3/6 (2-6PM) OK Runner @ 519 NW 23rd
• Saturday 3/7 - starting at 6:30am

Special Accommodations
If you have a disability for which you need to request an accommodation please refer to the policies and guidelines at  www.usatf.org and follow all applicable requirements to obtain consideration. It generally takes six weeks from the receipt of all relevant documentation to evaluate such requests.

Aid Stations
The 15 km & 30 km Run will have aid stations approximately every 2.2 miles with fluids and various fuels.

Port-a-potties
There will be facilities near the start/finish area and by the aid stations and/or along the course.
